We first had to look around Etty Bay of course having only seen it in the dark. It's nice. Cautious of croc's we walked the beach, saw some coconut tree cleaner people and headed out. We took out time stopping to snap pics along the way. We even stopped at an information booth to go pee and wound up staying and shopping for like 1.5 hours. So chill. Really nice guy running the Secura lifestyle place. His wife was hospitalized that day so we offered to help in anyway we could. We planned out our Magnetic Island ferry and options for hikes and snorkeling and then crashed.
In Fiji, the locals use sticks. This dude climbed up and pulled stuff down manually. The coconuts went into a truck the leafs met a wood chipper. I hope they utilized the coconuts
This guy popped in for a visit
Time to check out the beach. At 10 AM it's already burning hot
We stopped here
Parked in the shade
Ate lunch here
Had to shoot this
See that line across the road
It's for Fauna to be able to cross
The rope crossing is described here
This part of the highway was build with consideration of many natural things
It makes a nice look out too
Not bad for an information center
Sunset before we crashed
Home sweet home, on wheels
