Community work - Composting Toilets and School work

Part of the GVI Caqalai is community work.  A previous NGO had started a composting toilet in the community of Daku.  GVI took on the task of completing it.  Volunteers pop over on a boat to assist with the constructiuon.  After a few hours, we are treated to a really nice lunch.  After lunch we walk over to Uluibau to the local schools..  The volunteers then provide a brief lesson with a previously chosen lesson plan.  Fiji suffers from an increasing obesity issue.  Our lesson plan focused on the Fiji food guide information with games and activities geared towards nutrition and lifestyle.  I did not get any pictures of my day at school.  KT and Michelle did the next day though.
